In-between places
A common issue that gets addressed throughout my work is the expression of an authenic identity. Everyone has an individual viewpoint - you can either figure out what yours is and how to use it, or have someone else speak for you. Finding out which you're actually doing is part of growing up.
Comics are all about making connections. What is being connected is maybe less important that what's in between, because that's where the reader comes in. We should never forget about the reader.
